Permanent makeup in the air force?

I want to enlist in the air force and know that make up is not allowed during basic training. However I have permanent eye liner. Will that disqulify me?Permanent makeup in the air force?
It absolutely does not disqualify you.

If you read the regulation:

you'll see that as the tattoos are not offensive, do not cover more than 1/4 of your exposed body part, do not detract from a professional appearance, and do not interfere with the performance of your duties, you should be just fine.

The regular Air Force won't care even one little bit, but you might get razzed for it in Basic Training. Just follow orders and don't make waves, and pretty soon the TI will find someone much more in need of being picked on than you.Permanent makeup in the air force?
It isn't makeup, it's a tattoo. There's a difference. If they ask about it, tell them that you aren't wearing any makeup, if they say it looks like you are grab a tissue and try to wipe it off in front of them to show them that is in fact, not makeup. There's not very strict regs on tattoos as long as they aren't visible, but facial tattoos could be a problem. I wouldn't tell them about it and hope they don't notice.
There are actually regulations on tattoos.

They shouldn't be seen while in class A's, and if they can be they should be professional.

And here is the actual AFI

That sounds like it could also be called a tattoo on your face, which is not allowed.

But call an AF recruiter and ask.
If it's discreet, it shouldn't be a problem.
no you will be fine
