My liquid foundation is 1.3 us oz. Or 40 ml. Should I put it on carryon baggage or should i check it in instead??? I'm going to nyc from l.aCarryon makeup? Continental air?
Do you really need it on the plane? To be safe and avoid complications, just check it in with your luggage...
If you really feel the need for it, just put it in the plastic quart-sized bag with any other liquids/gels you have in your carry-on. The website below gives all the details.

You're allowed containers up to 100ml in your carry on. As long as it is in a clear plastic bag with all other liquids, you should be completely fine.
It's only a domestic flight, so I wouldn't worry about it too much
you don't really need it on the plane, just put it in your checked luggage... save everyone the trouble :)
