what is airbrush make up and where can you buy it?What is air brush makeup?
Airbrush foundation has the lightest texture out of all foundations. If you want to cover birthmarks or noticeable flaws, then do not get the airbrush foundation. It's easy to use. You don't spray it on your face. Your spray it on your hand and then dab it onto your face. It dries instantly. The foundation blends in seamlessly because there's no foundation lines when you put it on. It doesn't look caked on when you put it on unlike other foundations.
Sally Hansen makes a airbrush foundation You can find the more expensive ones at the department stores. What is air brush makeup?

Im interested in trying airbrushing makeup (air compressor and everything).?
But i dont know which is the best brand to use? Any tips? Thanks! =)Im interested in trying airbrushing makeup (air compressor and everything).?
The only problem I see is the initial investment in the machine and will you continue to use it or will it end up collecting dust in a bathroom closet, I know because I did the same thing when the IGIA home electrolysis came out and I forget something else I think it was for blackheads well never the less it was in a closet then ended up in a garage sale.
If you are as I am been searching for that look I totally understand what your looking for , try this product first before spending in the machines and stuff. Search for Bee Luscious Cosmetics and get the liquid powder mineral foundation it truly sets its self and is a gorgeous finish overall. I have been using it now for 6 months and all my friends have also fallen in love with the product because of the finish and final flawless look, it may be worth a quick try before going to the airbrush machine... Good LuckIm interested in trying airbrushing makeup (air compressor and everything).?

What does it mean when makeup says it's air-soft?
anybody know? What does it mean when makeup says it's air-soft?
Sometimes when you're wearing makeup it can feel chalky, too heavy, sticky and even itchy. I know I've gotten that through the years of testing foundations and eyeshadows. I find that when I'm not wearing anything my skin just feels light and free, and that's what air-soft should feel like, it's just a smooth blanket of air softly on your skin. As if you're not wearing anything, just comfortable and as soft as air. What does it mean when makeup says it's air-soft?
Its like.. light, smooth, soft, silky and sort of mousse-like?

What liquids and makeup can you bring on the air plane? (international flight)?
i am flying on friday and i wanted to know what the limitations are and what i can and cannot bring on the carry onWhat liquids and makeup can you bring on the air plane? (international flight)?
Any liquids but MUST be in the special ziplock bags that you can get from the stores. they are VERY small.......3-1-1 for carry-ons = 3 ounce bottle or less; 1 quart-sized, clear, plastic, zip-top bag; 1 bag per passenger placed in screening bin. One-quart bag per person limits the total liquid volume each traveler can bring. 3 oz. container size is a security measure. What liquids and makeup can you bring on the air plane? (international flight)?
Here you go!
Check everything that you don't need. Most drug stores like Sav-On or Rite aid have travel size toiletries. Use those and if they confiscate them no big deal. However; here is the rule.
3-1-1 for carry-ons = 3 ounce bottle or less; 1 quart-sized, clear, plastic, zip-top bag; 1 bag per passenger placed in screening bin. One-quart bag per person limits the total liquid volume each traveler can bring. 3 oz. container size is a security measure.
Consolidate bottles into one bag and X-ray separately to speed screening.
Be prepared. Each time TSA searches a carry-on it slows down the line. Practicing 3-1-1 will ensure a faster and easier checkpoint experience.
3-1-1 is for short or long trips. If in doubt, put your liquids in checked luggage.
here is the web site if you need more info.
http://www.badanco.com/carry-on.htm...
this web site is good. it has pictures and shows you how to pack etc,.
the best you can do is to put all your make-up on your luggage !
But if you need some you need to put them in a zip bag and very small quantity, one lipstick, no drink at all
At the airport they can give you the zip bag
you can check on the website of your company flight,
they have to give you all this information
I travel with Air France each time and you can find it on their website
You cannot take any bottles that are over 100ml - even if they are half filled bottles. They need to fit into a clear carrier bag (which is supplied) and I believe that the whole thing cannot be more that 1 litre.
It is best to take the absolute necessities on the plane - to be on the safe side.
Have a great trip!

Should I wear/ bring makeup to Air Force Basic Training?
I was wondering if i should wear LIGHT (coverup blush and mascara) makeup to basic training. I want to look put together but I don't want to immediately be singled out either. Also should I bring my makeup or just buy some after I get out for tech school? I don't wear a whole lot but I do like my skin tone to look even and for my blonde eyelashes to show up!Should I wear/ bring makeup to Air Force Basic Training?
We carried our when we went to basic, but the only time we were allowed to wear it was when we had our photos taken. I did get to wear it once I got to Tech school.Should I wear/ bring makeup to Air Force Basic Training?
i would not bring it...i don't think you can wear it and you are not going ot have the time to put it on and take care of it at night...just wait until you are done to make yourself up...this is not a who looks better contest...no one is going to care what you look like
I believe they issue it to you along with a blow dryer, flat iron and curling iron. They have someone there to make sure you have the right colors so you blond eyelashes will show. Don't worry girl, Air Force has got your back!!!
No you shouldn't. You will look like hell in training anyway.
No. You should not bring any make up to BMT. You won't need it.
obviously not. ur joining the af not beauty school. one could argue though...
by the way you sound hot
you could
but i don't think its a good idea. And Nobody is going to care if you don't
no you dont wear make but during basic training you wont have time... and honestly no one is going to care
You can wear it, but I don't much suggest it.
Honestly, looking put together won't matter believe me! The next 6.5 weeks you're going to be an absolute mess!
You can put makeup in your bag and you'll be able to use it when getting ready for base liberty at graduation. You can also buy more when you get to tech school but during BMT itself makeup will be a dream. :) I wish you lots of luck!
**If you don't want to re-purchase makeup, you can pack it for tech school. If you don't mind buying whatever the bx or mini-mall has once you arrive in tech school-then buy it later.
You can wear it to BMT because truthfully they're not going to look for the kids with minimal makeup, they're looking for the people looking and acting like fools. We seriously had a girl come in in like 4 in heels and her hair all done up. Ugh. Relax, you'll be fine.

Carryon makeup? Continental air?
My liquid foundation is 1.3 us oz. Or 40 ml. Should I put it on carryon baggage or should i check it in instead??? I'm going to nyc from l.aCarryon makeup? Continental air?
Do you really need it on the plane? To be safe and avoid complications, just check it in with your luggage...
If you really feel the need for it, just put it in the plastic quart-sized bag with any other liquids/gels you have in your carry-on. The website below gives all the details.
Enjoy your flight.Carryon makeup? Continental air?
You're allowed containers up to 100ml in your carry on. As long as it is in a clear plastic bag with all other liquids, you should be completely fine.
It's only a domestic flight, so I wouldn't worry about it too much
you don't really need it on the plane, just put it in your checked luggage... save everyone the trouble :)

I was going to buy the Luminess air airbrush makeup system but...?
Some people are saying Dinair is the way to go. I heard from a lot of people that the Luminess air makeup is amazing... But now a lot of people are saying they hate it. It's so confusing. It seems like there's a Dinair team and a Luminess team and I don't know which way to go.
Also, I have acne prone skin, oily skin, and really bad under eye circles :( It feels like its going to take a lot to cover all that up. Will an airbrush even do that?I was going to buy the Luminess air airbrush makeup system but...?
Well, you have to try one to see how it works for you. It seems 50/50 as far as those who liked airbrushed makeup and those who didn't. You can use concealer for the dark circles.

What do you think of the Luminess Air airbrush makeup system? Or just airbrush makeup in general?
I saw the informecial and it looked interesting. The makeup looked flawless but all makeup informecial makes their line look good. I'm not sure if I would purchase it because it seemed like it would get into my eyes and hair. What do you think of the Luminess Air airbrush makeup system? Or just airbrush makeup in general?

Has anyone used the LuminessAir Air brush makeup system? How is it compared to bare minerals?
I was about to purchase the LuminessAir system until I read the terms and conditions. It seems like we're taking a whole lot of risks with this system even though it's a free 30-day trial. It's really not free. They want the customers to pay for the original S%26amp;H and the returned shipping. Plus, they will inspect the package to see if the product you're returning is in ';new'; or ';like new'; conditions before they give you the refund. This is kind of silly since you're supposed to have tried their product; therefore, it's not in a new or like new condition - it's used. The refund takes up to 8 weeks to get your money back. The 30-day trail begins once they've shipped out the item to you, but it takes up to 2-6 weeks to get the product...so, it's all very risky. I'm not sure if I should even bother with this system considering all their conditions. What do you think? Have you had an experince with this product?Has anyone used the LuminessAir Air brush makeup system? How is it compared to bare minerals?
I like the bare minerals a lot. It is so much better, It is healthy for your skin and it really covers everything. Its also pointless to wait that long and it isnt even that good.Has anyone used the LuminessAir Air brush makeup system? How is it compared to bare minerals?

Is Sally Hansen Air Brush Makeup any good?
I've heard very mixed reviews. Some day it makes you look natural and bare, others say it cakes on and makes you look orange. I have fair skin and acne, and I'm sick of using makeup to cover up and then looking like I put an inch thick of foundation on. I've seen Carmindy from What Not To Wear use Sally Hansen Air Brush Makeup and the contestants always look good, but I'm worried that they just look good because they're on TV and they may not have the same skin type as I do.
Does Airbursh Makeup look good, coverup, and last throughout the day?Is Sally Hansen Air Brush Makeup any good?
Like any airbrush makeup, it will only last up to five hours max. Airbrush makeup looks really nice as it really does make your skin seem flawless. However, I believe that makeup such as bare essentials which is also a type of airbrush, but not TRULY airbrush works just as well.

Luminess Air Airbrush Makeup, has anyone tried returning it?
So I saw the informercial this morning, it looks really good! But I was wondering why it was so cheap ($30) for the trial period. So I looked on their website and now I see the actual system costs a total of $230 (29.95 initially (for the ';trial period'; and then an additional $199.95) which seems a bit much...but might not be so bad if it actually works. My real question is has anyone tried this and tried returning it? I had an issue with sheer cover makeup when I tried returning it after I canceled, so I was wondering if anyone has had this experience yet.Luminess Air Airbrush Makeup, has anyone tried returning it?

Air brushed makeup??
anyone knows a good place for air brushed make up in houston?? how long does it last?? the only one that i found is giving me the service at 8am. and im having the wedding at 4pm... is it too early to have the make up done.. ?? its supposed to last 16hrs.. anyone had airbrushed make up before?? thanks!Air brushed makeup??
Airbrush makeup should last all day, they say up to18 hours. I can't say from personal experience, but I was told by the mother of a bride that had it done that it did last the entire day and night, and even through the next morning %26amp; afternoon. So, I think even though it sucks getting it done that early and it's going to make you nervous, it'll be ok, it should last. I would still beg and plead to have it done later! I'm definitely having this done for my wedding as well! I love that it's smudge and tear proof, and you don't have to worry about it fading or having to touch it up!
Someone would have to have a seriously extreme case of hyperhidrosis to sweat it off in 4 hours.....Air brushed makeup??
That's way too early. Find someone who can better accomodate your schedule. Why pay all that money only to sit around and sweat it off for 4 hours before the wedding even starts?

How long should you let makeup brushes dry (after washing them) before using them again? assuming I air dry?
Let them dry completely and that all depends on the size of the brush. Use a antibacterial soap also and hot water. I always shakes mine vigorously ( I shake them in the shower so water doesn't go everywhere) after washing to get rid of as much water as I can so they dry faster. How long should you let makeup brushes dry (after washing them) before using them again? assuming I air dry?
Usually overnight. If you can wash them before you go to bed, they will be nice and dry to use when you get up to put your makeup on :) If you can't wait overnight, at least an hour. You don't want to mix wet brush hair and cosmetics! How long should you let makeup brushes dry (after washing them) before using them again? assuming I air dry?

I wash them in the evening, and then let them dry over night.
i usually wash them at night and then they're ready to use in the morning
Usually overnight. If you can wash them before you go to bed, they will be nice and dry to use when you get up to put your makeup on :) If you can't wait overnight, at least an hour. You don't want to mix wet brush hair and cosmetics! How long should you let makeup brushes dry (after washing them) before using them again? assuming I air dry?
uh idk....till they feel dry i guess?
mine please!! http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;鈥?/a>
Until they're absolutely bone dry.
probably a day (until theyre fully dry)
I wash them in the evening, and then let them dry over night.

It can be very hard to air-brush yourself as you need to keep your eyes closed while you are doing it! You need to ensure you don't overspray onto your hair and clothes as well.
Plus airbrushes need regular cleaning to ensure they don't clog and break-down and that can be time consuming.
If you have bad scarring then you need to work out what kind of coverage you are looking for and then buy accordingly.
Neither are more healthy - a lot of problems are caused by the way in which the make-up is applied than the product itself. For example if you keep using the same old dirty bacteria covered sponge to apply your foundation then you probably are going to get break-outs!
I've seen it on tv, probably not any more dangerous than bare minerals. go for it.

I think it's called Luminnair (sp?) and it does look really good. I've been thinking of getting it myself. I want to let you know that you shouldn't get Bare Minerals. I used it for about a year and initially I loved it. After a while, it started to make my skin lose some of it's luster, until I stopped using it. Also, it took on a sort of unclean look. Not good. The love affair was over, and I got rid of a half jar or whatever, of it. Right now I use MAC Select Tint and L'Oreal Translucide(sp?) loose powder. It works well for me because it's pretty sheer and natural looking, and I don't have a whole lot to cover, I just like to get a more polished look. But I think you should do the trial for Luminnair. I definitely will when I'm starting to run out of what I'm using.

It's an airbrush thing that celebrities and professional makeup artists use I guess...

No, sorry. I've seen some kind of spray foundation that Carmindy uses on TLC's What Not to Wear. But she sprays that on a sponge and then applies.Has anyone heard of/used a makeup foundation called Luminess Air??

Is it possible for the air makeup in a jar to change?
In class, were doing this thing where You have to burn a candle in side a jar. That jar is inside a pan with a little bit of water in it. The lesson is that fire needs oxygen to burn. I understand that, but were also learning about the atmosphere. The atmosphere is 21% oxygen. What I want to know is if it is possible for the jar to be 21% oxygen one time, and uhhh... i don't know, 15% oxygen the next? My science teacher says it isnt. Theremay not be a signifant difference, but IS there a difference? Is it possible for the air makeup in a jar to change?
When people say oxygen, they usually mean the gas that we breathe, which is really a molecule made up of two oxygen atoms, also called O2 (a molecule is just two or more atoms joined together). Carbon dioxide is CO2 (it's a molecule made of one carbon, and two oxygen atoms). Water is H2O (an oxygen atom with two hydrogen atoms attached). If you were writing it out on paper, the number would be a subscript (a smaller number, slightly lower than the letter), but unfortunately, Y!A doesn't let you type in subscripts.
On to your question, though. The oxygen content in the jar won't change unless you change it somehow. In other words, if it's just sitting there at 21% O2, then it will stay at 21% O2.
If you light the candle, though, things will begin to change. The fire is actually a chemical reaction, where the O2 in the air reacts with the molecules within the candle (the molecules in the candle are made up mainly of carbon, hydrogen, and maybe a little nitrogen) The carbon and O2 shuffle their atoms around, forming CO2, H2O (water vapor) and a few other products. This also releases a lot of heat. Since the Oxygen is consumed in the reaction, if you were to light the candle, the oxygen content in the jar would decrease, and the CO2 and H2O content would increase. The mass inside the jar would stay the same, as would the number of atoms, but as those atoms get shuffled around, the amounts and types of different molecules in the jar will change. Is it possible for the air makeup in a jar to change?
The answer to your question is dependent upon what you consider a difference. In your body, oxygen is absorbed into your blood stream and carbon dioxide is released. So when you exhale you are releasing the carbon dioxide to the air surrounding you. Of course there is a difference although minuscule, in the amount of oxygen in that breath. But it rapidly dissipates due to diffusion of molecules of all the gases kind of mixing together quite easily and the carbon dioxide essentially vanishes into the nitrogen and oxygen which are the dominate gases. Think about it and you will realize that there is little change. Or in the experiment you are talking about, you can introduce a few bubbles of air into the jar and find that the candle can continue burning in an atmosphere that has lower oxygen levels than normal atmosphere. But you won't find any spot nearby with 15% oxygen. So what is significant? But a couple of molecules of oxygen may be missing from right next to your mouth as you breath, but so what.
If you were to put in a chemical binding agent which binds the oxygen, then the level of free oxygen would drop over time to a point.... if the jar is closed off and left alone without any additions then NO. The activation energy of any reactions between the gases present in air is too great for any of them to be happening to a significant level.
Contrary to previous answers and to what your teacher says, yes you can change the concentration of O2 gas in the jar. As you say, air typically contains about 21% O2. If you create a reaction inside the jar that chemically converts O2 into anything else (like CO2 or Fe2O3 or any other oxide or any oxygen containing compound) the concentration of O2 in the jar goes down (where else can O2 come from if the jar is closed?). The amount of O2 remaining after the reaction depends on the details of the reaction. For example, if you know the volume of air in the jar and you know how much of that air is O2 (21%), you can calculate how much Fe (for example) it would take to completely use up the O2 by forming Fe2O3. Then, if you put that much Fe in the jar and it all reacted, there would be zero O2 left in the jar. There are some practical problems with getting exactly the right amount of Fe to just react with the O2 so, if you want to be sure, you would use excess Fe (maybe 2 or 3 x more Fe than you need to just exactly react with the O2). You could use steel wool (basically pure Fe that is finely divided) and, with a little water in the jar and some time, the steel wool will rust i.e., reacting to form Fe2O3 or Fe3O4 or FeO (all stable oxides of Fe). You could also ignite the steel wool inside the jar (it will burn in air as long as there is O2) but you should talk to your teacher for help with this because the burning Fe will get very hot (the tiny Fe wires actually melt and look at the melting point of Fe!). Hope this helps

Has anyone tried that air brush makeup on the paid programs? good or not?
I havent tried the infomercial one but I have tried the Dior airbrush foundation. It comes in an arisol can and costs about $50. I didnt like it...it was kinda difficult to use and the coverage is nothing like the demos. Its hard to layer since its kinda watery/powdery. Stick to MAC Studio FX pressed foundation! It rocks!
Luminess air makeup replacements.?
can you buy replacements for the system.
for example; you run out of the makeup, and you need to buy more.
is there a place you can buy the foundation?Luminess air makeup replacements.?
Yeah there is. Its kind of hard to find on the site because the link to the cosmetic store is all the way at the bottom and very small.
https://www.lumcos.com/ATI_ViewProduct.a鈥?/a>Luminess air makeup replacements.?
Is that like the air brush system?
I would buy the replacement makeup wherever you bought the system to begin with.
Or just google it.
Have you tried sephora.com?

Luminess Air makeup?
Has anyone ever tried luminess air makeup? I am thinking about ordering it, but it's really expensive and would like to know what others think. From what i've read, it sounds like a lot of people haven't had much luck with it, plus I know it costs a ton to get it shipped to you. Just wondering.Luminess Air makeup?
If I were you I'd go with the ERA airbrush foundation. It goes well on, and looks flawless.Luminess Air makeup?
i was in the same boat as you...when i looked online i found some negative things about them. I found a company called Dinair airbrush makeup and i now use it everyday. I am in love with it. It works so well. it gives great coverage and yet it looks like you are not wearing makeup. I hope you find the best product for you...hope this info helps...=)
I've never used it, but maybe you should try one of those ';review'; websites where people review everything maybe u could get a lot of ppl's opinions there.

If the makeup is liquid (i.e. liquid foundation) or gel (lip balm, lipstick), it needs to be less than 3 oz., put in the one-quart ziplock bag and placed separately in the bin.
if its less than 3 ounces you can.

Does Obamma need to get a better makeup artist, I noticed the air brush work did not match his foundation ???
Or is this something that could be corrected with better lighting.
Politicians have come a long way since the days when Paul Wolfiwitz spit on his comb and drug it across his head. (as seen in the MM film)Does Obamma need to get a better makeup artist, I noticed the air brush work did not match his foundation ???
It can't hurt.Does Obamma need to get a better makeup artist, I noticed the air brush work did not match his foundation ???
Please ask cosmetics questions in the health and beauty section.
Obama is doing and looking just fine... ask the 200k people who turned out for his speech!
BTW, how did McCain's cheese aisle press conference go? Bet the bag boys were riveted!
I think it is very cool and progressive for a dude such as yourself to take an interest in makeup. Good on you, sister!phone

Does Luminess Air makeup work?
I dont know about this line, but I did buy the ERA Spray foundation and primer and I like it. It feels light and goes on really well, I dont use it everyday, just for more special times its kinda pricey for everyday use. But you do get the airbrush effect.

I LOVE it: great smooth finish - natural glow.Quick/easy to use. No clogged pores/irritation. HOWEVER, the customer service is AWFUL!!! 30+ min. waiting time on phone - no online support! Waiting 4 my foundation over 10 wks - but my card's been charged. Major hassle! Report Abuse

Actually, Luminess Air is an extremely exciting and innovative product. First of all, airbrushing is the highest level standard of doing makeup in the production industry.
A few years ago, TV started to switch over to High-Definition. Conventional mineral and liquid makeups looked fine on standard definition; however, looked very bad on HDTV, every stroke of minerals would show, the powdery-ness of minerals would show. Airbrushing makeup on the other hand lands on the skin flawlessly.
Makeup is delivered in micro pixels. First, you look as if you are not wearing any makeup. You truly look as if you are just born with brilliant, natural skin. Secondly, airbrushing delivers the most precise color match as airbrush works in-conjunction with your skin. Third, the makeup does not wear off like minerals. Luminess Air makeup is extremely long lasting, in many cases 18+ hours.
Also, many people using Luminess Air have noticed a very dramatic decline in break-outs. The simple fact that a filthy sponge or dirty brushes filled with micro-bacteria or makeup applied by hands (you can never get your hands clean enough) can cause bacteria transfer on to your skin causing break-outs. Luminess Air works much like a conventional brush, the only difference is that instead of having bristles, the makeup is being delivered through a cushion of air.
Airbrushing will save you time. Just add a few drops of Luminess Air foundation and spray on the most perfect foundation in seconds, then add a few drops of Luminess Air blush and you will get the most natural perfect blush, then add a few drops of Luminess Air Bronzer and now you are looking warm and sun-kissed! Airbrushing can go from the face to the body. Also, Luminess Air has a new hair highlight/ low-light system which hides those roots.
The real gem of the Luminess Air system is the makeup. Did you know that the designers of the liquid airbrush makeup are 30 year veterans and the #1 color makeup people in North America. The developers are some of the top people in the Society of Cosmetics Chemists. These people are the real cosmetics freaks! Airbrush makeup by Luminess Air is every bit as natural as Minerals. In fact, their innovation blows away the dry traditional powders. They did something amazing and hydrated the minerals to help achieve that ';dewey'; natural look. Not to mention, the makeup is derived from Olive extracts which leave your skin feeling AMAZING!
Airbrushing was once only available to professional makeup artists. Today, anyone can airbrush thanks to Luminess Air.
You are welcome to try Luminess Air, they will stick out their neck and let you try a $200 makeup system for $29 bucks! They will only do this because it works and is extremely amazing! There is a one time investment for the airbrush, at least you are not paying $1200 bucks for one. And the makeup is around $29 bucks and lasts a while because you are only using a few drops.
These people are Luminess Air are fantastic and very nice people. Their product has been used in the trade for a while now in NY and LA. They people who use Luminess Air swear by it. Now, they are introducing Luminess Air to everyone.
This is the real stuff V Girl. I simply can not explain how WOW Luminess Air is. Call and ask for Susan at Luminess Air, they will take super care of you. Susan can be reached at 1-877-749-5777 or visited on line at www . LuminessAir . com Good Luck and God Bless!

Luminess Air works like nothing I have ever used before! It is the best foundation I have ever used. NOTHING, I MEAN NOTHING COMES CLOSE! Ok, this is very interesting- Mineral powder looks dry, close-up. I tend to look ';dusty'; with powder makeup AND powders exaggerate my laugh lines making me look OLDER! Liquid make me looks horrific! I don't want to look like I am wearing makeup. Luminess Air looks like I are not wearing any makeup! I can't feel it on my skin, it feels like NOTHING! The look is simply beautiful. Also, you can touch your face and it feels soft and plush to the touch.
It feels like a ';spa'; treatment. And best of all, I love to use the airbrush every night before I sleep. I spray on the Luminess Air moisturise and OH GOD, it feels so nice going on! Luminess Air Works, It is so much better that you can ever imagine!

Permanent makeup in the air force?
I want to enlist in the air force and know that make up is not allowed during basic training. However I have permanent eye liner. Will that disqulify me?Permanent makeup in the air force?
It absolutely does not disqualify you.
If you read the regulation:
http://www.e-publishing.af.mil/shared/me鈥?/a>
you'll see that as the tattoos are not offensive, do not cover more than 1/4 of your exposed body part, do not detract from a professional appearance, and do not interfere with the performance of your duties, you should be just fine.
The regular Air Force won't care even one little bit, but you might get razzed for it in Basic Training. Just follow orders and don't make waves, and pretty soon the TI will find someone much more in need of being picked on than you.Permanent makeup in the air force?
It isn't makeup, it's a tattoo. There's a difference. If they ask about it, tell them that you aren't wearing any makeup, if they say it looks like you are grab a tissue and try to wipe it off in front of them to show them that is in fact, not makeup. There's not very strict regs on tattoos as long as they aren't visible, but facial tattoos could be a problem. I wouldn't tell them about it and hope they don't notice.
There are actually regulations on tattoos.
They shouldn't be seen while in class A's, and if they can be they should be professional.
http://usmilitary.about.com/cs/airforce/鈥?/a>
And here is the actual AFI
http://www.e-publishing.af.mil/shared/me鈥?/a>
That sounds like it could also be called a tattoo on your face, which is not allowed.
But call an AF recruiter and ask.
If it's discreet, it shouldn't be a problem.
no you will be fine

Luminous air airbursh makeup?
I am wondering if i should get luminous air makeup. I saw it on a commercial and it looked really good. Let me tell you about my skin, my skin is olive, not really oily but on occasion i get a couple of breakouts. People tell me that i am very beautiful but i am always so concious about my skin and want it to be smooth and flawless. Also i have bags under my eyes (Mainly due to studying). Should i get it? Would it work for me? Anybody have it?Luminous air airbursh makeup?
LOL i saw that infomerical, and bought it too!!! i have to say, i have mixed feelings about it!! somedays it looked AMAZING and some days, it looked like my skin was totally discolored and gross! not to mention the makeup that you have to keep restocking in the airbrush runs out quick, and is really expensive!!! I completely understand your concern, and if you want to try it, i say go for it! My advice, is get a realy good moisturizer, i use Lo'real skin genisis serm, and mositurizer, it makes my skin look almost flawless even without make up. Then I use Elizabeth Arden Flawless Makeup Moose, which is really light weight, yet good natural coverage, and in my opinion looks like the airbrush, only it looks great every day. and for when i want a little more coverage i use elizabeth arden Flawless Makeup cream!!! I get complimented on my make up constantly, so if you try this, i hope it works just as well for you! good luck girl!!!!Luminous air airbursh makeup?

Four element earth, water, fire, air I was asked to do a makeup look on earth. What colors come in mind? ?
I don't now what colors for the earth element I was thinking of brown??Four element earth, water, fire, air I was asked to do a makeup look on earth. What colors come in mind? ?
Green- earth
Blue- water
burnt orange -fire
white - air
what a perfect earth would look like, In my opinionFour element earth, water, fire, air I was asked to do a makeup look on earth. What colors come in mind? ?
If it is supposed to be really creative I would get a little artistic with a green eyeliner. And some green and brown shadows. then a nude lip color.
If it isn't for a more creative occasion Then I would use a soft green shadow some light bronzer and nude lips.
you should try pastel greens and blues with some browns. those are really nice earth tone colors. if you go to MAC they have a nice selection of different shades of earthy shadows and there really gorgeous
Try:
bone
beige
tan
espresso brown [ tree bark, rocks, soil ]
rust
light to dark greens[ leaf, grass, pine, moss ]
copper
bronze
well i think of browns and greens and like a nude lip and like nude more natural colors
very neutral colors..browns, beige's, greens, nude lips....think of a beautiful tree..use that as your pallet.
Browns, greens, golds, nudes
Deep green and gold

Is adriana lima really pretty or is it all the artificial air brush, hair makeup deal?
some times i see her in pics and think shes really pretty in other pics she looks totally differentIs adriana lima really pretty or is it all the artificial air brush, hair makeup deal?
She's not pretty. Her eyes are the scariest things ever.Is adriana lima really pretty or is it all the artificial air brush, hair makeup deal?
she is overrated Report Abuse
she has to be pretty without makeup, or she would have never become a model.
if she was ugly, and they could use makeup to make her look THAT gorgeous, than anyone could be a model.
so yes, i think she is truly pretty.
ive seen pictures of her without any makeup and she is still really pretty
http://republika.pl/blog_nv_3221225/3517鈥?/a>
this is a picture of her without makeup and a picture with makeup
She's WAYYY too fake looking*
she's naturally pretty even without makeup
who said you ahve to be pretty to be a model :S ?you DONT have to be pretty to be a model.. theres tons of ugly ones out there.. :S you just have to fit the qualifications (certain nech length, height, etc)
but anyways to the question.. i think shes pretty...
with or without air brush shes still pretty .. she does look different in some pics like you said but she still looks gorgeous =)
I think that adriana is actually quite gorgeous. she insanely exotic. Just look at her ancestory: French, Portuguese, Native-American, and Caribbean--- Lordy waht does she have working against her??
Everyone has their flaws. But you can look at one of the most gorgeous people in the world you can still find something you don't like about them...if you could just change one thing they'd be perfect.
That being said. Even weird looking people can be models. It's all about being able to model, that connection with the camera/photographer. And with digital enhancements ie, lengthening the neck, slimming the face, making the eyes pop, even a gorgeous girl can look even more gorgeous..
over all tho, I think she's gorgeous.
was this long winded enough?

And with digital enhancements ie, lengthening the neck, slimming the face, making the eyes pop, even a gorgeous girl can look even more gorgeous..
over all tho, I think she's gorgeous.
was this long winded enough?
she is smokin hott
I want to know what foundations and cover up will look like air brush makeup?
sally henson makes a spray on foundation that is just like air brushing , it is 8 bucks and i love it they sell it at most drug storesI want to know what foundations and cover up will look like air brush makeup?
cover girl is cool but you mean you want a fresh natural look
use pure makeup by maybelline really good i use it so lightI want to know what foundations and cover up will look like air brush makeup?
Any foundation can look that way. You have to get the right formula for your skin type.
Need more details.
A primer like Smashbox Photofinish Primer will give you a good base to put on your foundation and coverup. The primer will close up large pores and such and will give you a great flawless canvas!
i use physician's formula talc free mineral wear foundation, its really smooth and blends with your natural skin tone i %26lt;3 it, i used to use l'oreal and covergirl, etc and this was such a huge improvement hope this helped!

I recently purchased a luminess air sprayer off of ebay and now im looking for the makeup. Can anyone help?
I'm not interested in your negative opinion if you've tried it and didnt' like it. All I need to know is where I can go to get the make up other than getting sucked into the club membership on the actual website and paying for trial sizes. Is there a store I can go to or a website that sells primarily the makeup for it without being overly expensive? Any suggestions or tips?? Thanks!I recently purchased a luminess air sprayer off of ebay and now im looking for the makeup. Can anyone help?

Good school makeup for air skin, red hair and hazel eyes?
I have red hais and really fair skin. one of my eyes is hazel and one is brown. I have a BUNCH of freckles and a pinkish undertone to my skin. Any pretty school makeup ideas?Good school makeup for air skin, red hair and hazel eyes?
i have red hair and fair skin too.
i use black mascara, forest green eyeliner, gold eyeshadow, and just clear or light pink sparkly lip gloss.Good school makeup for air skin, red hair and hazel eyes?
be sure not to use too much but you can use some soft greenish eyeshadow to bring out your green eyes, some brownish eyeliner (not too heavy and don't buy liquid eyeliner), some black mascara (plumping or lengthening), and you said your skin is already pinkish so you don't need blush. maybe a bit of light colored bronzer
Work peachy tones.. and maybe some green shadow (only a little!) on your eyes.

answer mine!
I'd be certain to use brown mascara, don't go too dark at your age. Also, a light lip gloss is all that is necessary.

Only the liquid concealer poses a problem but it you package the bottle in a plastic bag like a quart zip-lock that seals, there should be no problem

Does makeup protect our face from air pollution?
I have a friend who wears makeup all the time. She says she does it because makeup protects her skin from pollution. Is it true? And does it work for all brands of makeup?Does makeup protect our face from air pollution?
It protects your skin if it is the right formulated brand. I have had tremendous success and I can see it. I use BEE LUSCIOUS COSMETICS Retexturizing Primer and their liquid powder mineral foundation its the most incredible brand of products and they work unlike so many other brands that say they do so much but deliver NOTHING .Does makeup protect our face from air pollution?
No. You'd have to cake makeup on pretty thickly to _maybe_ get a little protection, since makeup is very permeable. On the other hand, some makeup provides a bit of protection from the sun, which is far more damaging to skin than air pollution. If they do,it will likely be marked on the package.
oh i wish
No.
Because your skin needs to breath.
And it clogs up your pores which is bad for you.

Pro luminess air, is application for air brush makeup hard?
I saw another comment about air brush makeup and that you need to take a class for learning to apply the makeup. I am getting the pro luminess air system for a Christmas present soon and to my understanding of the application it was fairly simple. Does this product come with a dvd or instructions that make it easier on the consumer that did not go to beauty school but just wants to look better?Pro luminess air, is application for air brush makeup hard?
I just recieved mine today. I love it. Very easy to use and this is my first time using airbrush. It comes with an instructional dvd and how to users manual. Its very easy and fast to put on. It left me a flawless look and matched my skin tone to the T. Learn how to use the airbrush right so you wont feel a caked on feeling. Don't waste your money. You can only buy their make up for it and it is expensive. But you have to put on multiple coats to even see anything..The stuff you see on tv is all lies..Where they say only 3 drops or so..mabey 20 drops. I bought it and it is a wate of money.and they keep taking your money. Report Abuse
Luminess Air is so easy to use. Spend the 5 minutes and watch the DVD. They show you how to use the airbrush by first using water instead of makeup. I picked-up airbrushing with Luminess in about 20 minutes. The classes are designed to sell you product. Airbrushing is very very easy.
Would love to hear from you after you try it.

Is air brush makeup bad for your skin?
I have heard that air brush makeup goes on the skin lightly covering up imperfections without it looking as if you have on makeup. Is it true?Is air brush makeup bad for your skin?
Any make-up you're going to wear is bad for your skin, but to help prevent acne or spots, wash your face daily with good face wash. I suggest proactive. http://www.proactive.com
I dont know where to find spray-on makeup though, but you don't need spray on make-up. Yu can use stuff in a bottle, its like cream and it stays on all day. Make sure it costs a good $.19.99 or around there. Is air brush makeup bad for your skin?
yea it does...its not bad for your skin...the best air brush make up for you skin right now is HERA its the most natural....
ghetto
I bought some from Estee Lauder and I took that crap back!
It looked so gross on my face and it was $60! And you pretty much have to be naked when you put it on because it goes everywhere..shirt, wall etc. lol
The thing with air brush make-up is you really need someone to apply it so it goes on evenly and isn't streaky. DON'T use a drug store brand MAC makes a great one. You need a compressor and a gun. It's expensive. There are brands like sally hansen but they come in a hair spray can. DON'T DO IT GIRL! Try a light weight foundation instead. Go with Bare Minerals or MAC makes great powders. Clarins has an express compact that can be used wet or dry. I really like it. Clinique just did a pressed mineral foundation. It's pretty good too.

How can I get an air brushed look makeup?
I want to achieve an air brush look makeup without overspending ridiculous amount of money. Can I do it with the drug stores products? How can I get an air brushed look makeup?
Getting an airbrushed look is mostly in the application. Begin by choosing a medium-coverage liquid foundation such as Revlon Colorstay. Now, the trick is to apply your foundation using a stippling brush (sometimes called a duo fibre brush - you can pick one up from the website linked below or else cheaply at many drugstores). Using the stippling brush, just dip the very tips of the brush into the foundation. Now apply it to your face in a circular motion, buffing the foundation in. You will get an incredibly smooth, even, sheer coverage that gives a flawless ';airbrushed'; look.
This is a great tip I learned from a makeup artist, and I use it all the time myself. How can I get an air brushed look makeup?
The dream liquid mousse really does give you the airbrush finish. You just have to apply it right. I personally apply it with a stippling brush/ and or sponge and stipple it on. I will attach some links if your intrested. Hope i helped and good luck.

Does luminess air makeup work for everyday use, or is it meant more for special occasions?
it looks really neat, but I'm not sure I'm ready to dish out 200 dollars for something that I'm only going to use maybe twice a yearDoes luminess air makeup work for everyday use, or is it meant more for special occasions?
I bought the Luminess Air Pro System about a month ago %26amp; It works awesome. It goes on really easy %26amp; covers everything. I do not find it cloges my pores at all. I use it at least 4-5 times a week. I love it. I opted for the Pro System for a little bit more because it has 3 different coverages (light, med, heavy) %26amp; I wanted to be able to put it on light or medium depending on how my skin looks that day. I have only needed to use the light. It works really well. You glow instead of looking caked on like other makeups. It is super easy to clean also. It takes me 5-10 minutes to put on my makeup %26amp; it lasts about 6 -8 hours. A little touchup if i go out at night %26amp; it looks like I just applied for the first time again. I would recommend this to anyone. I hope this helped.....Does luminess air makeup work for everyday use, or is it meant more for special occasions?
i was wondering the same thing...it looks great but i think the makeup is probably mostly used for professionals and will clog your pores like crazy and make you break out..its not like makeup from a store its meant to cover EVERYTHING so i would think it does a number on your skin..if your not worried about that then i say go for it..its up to you how often you want to use it, and you dont have to glob it on and look like you are going to the grammys or something..good luck..im still considering it myself
What is currently the best air brush makeup kit (brand and model) for personal use?
I am soliciting advice preferably from someone who owns and uses or has other experience in the use of air brush makeup compressors. The use of this compressor would be for daily makeup (foundation) application of one to two people. In my current research, I anticipate that the cost will be less than $400.00, but am looking for a high quality machine that has a life expectancy of at least 5-10 years.
Thank you for your assistance and experience. What is currently the best air brush makeup kit (brand and model) for personal use?

I have never used one, I just saw a link to this on a page that was meant for professional makeup artists and not just cosmetic purchasers. http://kettcosmetics.com/index.php?cPath鈥?/a>

What is a makeup air filter inside the normal air filter that I am supposed to replace?
I drive an '04 Dodge SRT-4. In the manual under maintenance schedules it says both to replace the engine air cleaner filter and it also says to ';Inspect and replace, if required, the the make-up air filter (located inside the air cleaner)';
What is the Make-up air filter? I replaced the main air filter and looked inside of it but there was no other filter inside of it.What is a makeup air filter inside the normal air filter that I am supposed to replace?
YOUR VEHICLE IS NOT EQUIP WITH THIS TYPE OF AIR FILTER.What is a makeup air filter inside the normal air filter that I am supposed to replace?
Make up air refers to extra air the engine needs under high demand situations. The M.A. supply vent only opens when the throttle is nearly wide open, the normal air intake under these circumstances can't supply the required C.F.M.'s. It is usually an extra supplied with high performance models or can be purchased ';after market';. Your vehicle apparently is not so equipped.

Has anyone used this luminess air makeup system that is not a makeup artist? What do you think about it?
THis is that airbrush foundation system that they have infomercials on now. I want regular people's experiences and not someone that has been using airbrush system for years.Has anyone used this luminess air makeup system that is not a makeup artist? What do you think about it?
I ordered it last month. I love it. It is very professionally packaged and is a high quality product. I do public speaking and it has been exactly what I had hoped it would be. Also, it is fast and not messy at all.Has anyone used this luminess air makeup system that is not a makeup artist? What do you think about it?
I wouldn't recommend Luminess- you can only purchase the makeup from them %26amp;they debit your card multiple times! You also need A LOT of layers to get a good base! Try dinair.com -light years BETTER . There are no clubs to join, FAR better customer service %26amp; color selection too (eyes, brows %26amp; lips). Report Abuse

Does the Luminess air makeup system really work?
I have some acne, and large pores, and I am desperate to find something to make my skin look better.
Has anyone bought or used this system that could help me out?Does the Luminess air makeup system really work?
Yes it really works, but is expensive and takes a lot of practice to get used to it. We use it in our makeup studio, but only on people who have a generally good complexion. Have you ever tried Bare Escentuals? I think you would be best off trying something like that. It actually works with your skin, is good for your skin, and can help heal up your acne. Good luck!Does the Luminess air makeup system really work?
My friend and her sister received this product (and the coordinating foundation) as a gift for Christmas, and they both said that it does really work. Moreover, they both contest that their skin looks great after applying it, and one of them does have very acne-prone skin. The downsides of this product seem to be it's extremely expensive price and the fact that it takes a lot of practice to be able to apply it correctly.
Have you tried the mineral makeup? It is also a great choice for skin like yours (and mine).
